"Toku no Sake Arigato Premium", a pure sake made from rice grown in the rice fields of an organic garden located in the basin of the Yoshino River in Tokushima Prefecture, which is known as the cleanest clear water in Japan. No extra chemicals or fertilizers are used, and the rice is made into pure sake.
100% Kimura-style naturally grown rice
The rice used is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, grown naturally in the Kimura-Akinori method. Known for its "Miracle Apples," the Kimura method of natural cultivation does not use any fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, and maximizes the power of the natural ecosystem. The rice paddies, which are kind to the earth's environment and living creatures and overflowing with nature's own power, are home to many wild insects and animals.
Warehouse Techniques and Attention to Detail
Founded in 1804. It is brewed at the Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Tokushima Prefecture that has been dedicated to sake brewing from the Edo period to the Heisei period. The yeast and sake mother nurtured in the long history of the brewery breathes new life into the Kimura-style naturally grown rice. The sake is brewed using the Yamahai method and is unfiltered. Pure junmai sake is born.

The difference between "Premium" and "Natural" is the variety of rice used. Premium" is made from "Yamadanishiki" and "Natural" is made from "Akebono". Premium is more moist and natural is more refreshing.
