[Limited Quantity] Junmai Daiginjo "Tokuno Samurai" 720ml|Japanese Sake [Akira Kimura's natural cultivated rice used]
A natural Junmai Daiginjo-shu made from 100% naturally grown rice in the Akinori Kimura method.
100% Akira Kimura's natural cultivated rice
The rice used is 100% Yamada-Nishiki, grown naturally in the Kimura-Akinori method. Known for its "miracle apple," the Kimura method of natural cultivation does not use any fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, making it a cultivation method that is kind to the earth's environment and its creatures, and that draws out the full potential of the natural ecosystem. In the rice paddies under our management, storks and many wild insects peek into the rice paddies in search of food. Storks are known to be creatures that avoid pesticides, and since they only fly into our rice paddies, we believe this is a sign that the crop is a product of nature itself.
Brewed at the Tentaka Brewery, which has received numerous organic certifications
Our philosophy is to wholeheartedly create products that are friendly to people, nature, and the future. We brew our sake at Tentaka Brewery, one of the few organic sake breweries in Japan that has obtained organic certification in Japan, the United States, and Europe. While carefully carrying on the philosophy that has guided the company since its founding, we are constantly taking on the challenge of brewing sake with an eye toward a new era, unafraid of change.
The original taste of "sake" with naturally occurring umami
With a rice polishing ratio of 40% and an alcohol content of 16%, it has a slightly dry, full-bodied flavor with the natural strength of nature. It is an excellent compatibility with a wide range of dishes such as sashimi, yakitori, and tempura. It is recommended as a daily drink, Father's Day gift, or a gift for loved ones.
